TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT
To avoid disappointment, we secure your booking with a per-head deposit of R500. Payable at the time of reservation, via EFT, or at The Fountains Hotel Restaurant.

CANCELLATION
Kindly inform us 48 hours in advance should your reservation plans change. In this instance, the full deposit will be refunded. We allow a 30-minute grace period per the time of booking. If there has been no notice, the reservation becomes null and void.

CHILD POLICY
Kindly note that no kiddies menu will be available on December 25th during the Christmas Day 7-Course Tasting Menu Experience.
